The Kia Rondo aims to strike the perfect balance between available passenger, and cargo capacity. The Rondo is not as large as a minivan, yet not as small as a typical hatchback.
The Rondo can carry up to seven passengers with it's generous three rows of seating. The second and third-row seats can also be folded nearly flat which provides more cargo room. Unlike full-size minivans, the Rondos' rear doors open outward in the conventional manner, instead of sliding. Its 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine produces 175 horsepower and is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. A more powerful 192-hp 2.7-liter V6 engine and five-speed automatic transmission are also available. Safety features include side-impact and side curtain airbags, four-wheel-disc anti-lock brakes and an electronic stability system.
All trims receive a standard 3rd-row seat, outside mirrors with turn-signal and EcoMinder indicator for 2010.

...a vehicle with a good amount of functionality and flexibility for its size and price. The four-door Rondo can carry up to seven passengers. It's nimble and filled with clever storage space. -- Edmunds.com
...there's a lot to like about the Rondo, including its relatively low price. The front seats are supportive and comfortable, with enough manual driver-seat adjustments to accommodate almost anyone. -- JSOnline.com
In the cockpit, the Rondo - based on the Optima sedan - is a coolly efficient and contemporary-appliance design, with a prominent central console and a sort of free-floating gearshift transom. The instruments, back lighting, switchgear and materials all feel well above the Rondo's pay grade. -- Los Angeles Times
