The Sportage is a five passenger vehicle that comes in two trims: LX and EX. The choice of front-wheel or four-wheel drive is available for both trim levels. Engine choices are either a 140-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder or a 173-hp 2.7-liter V6. A four-speed automatic is standard for all V6 models, while a five-speed manual is standard on the four-cylinder LX. Standard safety features include four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, electronic stability program, traction control, privacy glass, and six airbags, including side curtain airbags.
The 2010 Kia Sportage LX is now standard with air conditioning. The EX V6 now includes 17" alloy wheels as standard equipment.
